SetupLobsterWhite-glove OpenClaw deployment, security hardening, and local Mac mini setup in Los Angeles.
We deploy and secure your team’s OpenClaw agent on a dedicated Mac mini — locally, hardened from day one. White-glove OpenClaw deployment for founders and exec teams. No technical knowledge required — we handle the install, hardening, integrations, and launch so you can focus on running your business. Built for 1–25+ employee teams where the CEO, CFO, Head of Sales, or EA needs leverage without creating new security risk.
“Genuinely the most incredible sci-fi takeoff-adjacent thing I have seen recently.”
Next available: tomorrow · Los Angeles only · In-person installed on a Mac mini
Drowning in email, calendar chaos, need leverage
CFO, Head of Sales, EA — each gets their own agent
Client workflows, reporting, project management
Deal flow tracking, portfolio updates, LP comms
Unlike ChatGPT or Claude Desktop, your OpenClaw agent runs 24/7 on dedicated infrastructure.
It wakes up every 30 minutes, checks your email, calendar, and connected tools — and takes action without you asking.
Scans your inbox, flags urgent emails, drafts replies for your review
Sends you a briefing: today's meetings, attendee backgrounds, prep notes
"I’m running 10 min late" → your agent updates the next meeting and helps reschedule
Monitors connected tools and key channels, summarizes what matters, surfaces what needs attention
You talk to your agent through Telegram (or iMessage, Slack, WhatsApp, Discord) — just like texting an assistant. No technical knowledge required.
Designed so your credentials stay secure — never exposed to your agent.
We use Composio as a security middleware layer, so OAuth tokens are managed separately with a clear audit trail and instant revoke capability. Your setup is hardened from day one around a dedicated Mac mini, controlled permissions, and a safer default configuration.
Your setup includes:
We start minimal and expand access carefully, so your agent is useful without being over-permissioned on day one.
Your OpenClaw runs on a dedicated secure Mac mini you own and control.
This is the setup for people who want stronger security, more privacy, Apple-native workflows, and a machine you own. Running on dedicated local hardware gives your agent a more controlled environment, supports workflows like iMessage, reduces dependence on third-party hosted infrastructure, and creates a more reliable, always-on setup for day-to-day work. This is not a generic hosted deployment. It is a local Los Angeles white-glove install on real hardware, secured properly, configured around your workflows, and built to run reliably.
1 Executive Agent = 1 OpenClaw instance configured for one primary identity.

└── follow-up workflowEach role on your team gets its own secure agent with its own permissions and workflows. A CEO agent might handle email, calendar, and research. A finance agent might handle invoices and reporting. A sales agent might handle CRM updates and follow-ups.
Each agent can run multiple workflows but stays tied to a single identity. Agents can operate across shared tools — like Slack, CRM, or Drive — without sharing access or mixing permissions.
Start with one role. Prove value. Add more as your team grows.
We discuss your goals, map your integrations, and define the workflows you want to automate first.
We set up your Mac mini, install OpenClaw, configure Composio, connect your tools, and apply the hardening needed to launch safely.
We make sure the agent is live, responsive, connected properly, and handling the first workflows as expected.
We refine workflows, fix edge cases, expand permissions carefully, and make sure everything runs smoothly after launch.
“OpenClaw and Pi together are in the top 10 of all time software breakthroughs.”
“To say that OpenClaw has fundamentally altered my perspective of what it means to have an intelligent, personal AI assistant in 2026 would be an understatement.”
“I have non-technical CEO friends who are going all-in on OpenClaw. They're automating entire parts of their businesses entirely using OpenClaw right now. Which is totally insane.”
“A single builder with the right tooling can move faster than a traditional team.”
“Personally, I never bet against open source.”

Installing OpenClaw is the easy part. Getting it deployed properly is the hard part.
You can set up OpenClaw yourself — it’s open source. But most teams need custom integrations beyond the defaults, and even experienced engineers can spend hours getting everything wired up correctly. Then there’s the ongoing maintenance: updates, drift, broken workflows, security gaps, and configuration issues.
That’s why teams hire us. We use a Collison Install approach: we show up and do it for you. Instead of handing you setup docs, installation steps, and a stack of tools to figure out on your own, we install OpenClaw following the official hardening guide on your Mac mini, configure it, harden it, connect your tools, and make sure it’s working properly before we leave.
It’s a white-glove install model built around speed, trust, and real-world setup — so your team gets leverage instead of another technical project to manage.
What is a Collison Install? →Many customers come to us with a working install that has security gaps. We’ll audit your setup, add Composio for secure OAuth, harden your firewall and Docker configuration, tighten local access, and bring the install up to a better standard. If OpenClaw is already running but you are not confident it was set up safely, we can help fix what’s missing.

Why Mac Mini and not a cloud VPS?
Because the cloud is the problem we're solving. Your Mac Mini runs OpenClaw locally — your prompts, your files, your integrations all stay on the machine. No vendor can see them, change terms on you, or get subpoenaed for them. A VPS is just someone else's computer; a Mac Mini is yours.
What does "hardened" actually mean?
Full-disk encryption (FileVault), firewall on, non-admin daily user, SSH disabled by default, OpenClaw behind token auth, and recovery keys handed to you via 1Password. We set it up the way a security-conscious sysadmin would set up their own machine, because at that point it's yours.
Do I need any technical knowledge?
No. That's the whole point. We install it, configure it, wire it up, and train it on how you work. You end up texting or emailing an agent — that's the entire interface.
What happens when OpenClaw updates?
Lobster Care members get updates applied for them. We test them first, roll them out during off-hours, and roll back if anything regresses. You won't wake up to a broken agent.
What integrations do you support?
The 10,000+ that Composio connects to — Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, Notion, Linear, GitHub, Drive, iMessage, WhatsApp, plus almost any API-accessible SaaS. If it has an API, we can probably wire it up.
What if I'm outside LA?
Right now we only do in-person installs in Los Angeles — it's what makes this work. Drop your email in the waitlist below and we'll reach out when we expand.
Didn't OpenAI acquire OpenClaw?
Yes — and honestly, it validates the product. OpenClaw is still open-source, and the core ideas (always-on agents, scheduled workflows, local execution) are now table stakes. We'll continue supporting OpenClaw and any successor frameworks. Your install is yours — independent of who owns the project.
What if the bot goes rogue?
We start every agent with minimal permissions — read-only on most tools, no send capability until you trust it. Docker sandboxing prevents arbitrary code execution. Composio gives you an instant kill switch to revoke any integration from one dashboard. We expand permissions gradually as you build confidence with it.
